PERPETUAL EUCHARISTIC ADORATION

Jesus, present in the Eucharist, you are a gift beyond price.
We, the faithful, of Immaculate Conception parish, are blessed with this tremendous gift from God to have HIM every hour every day. This was the question the Lord asked the apostles the night He went into His agony. It is the question that is also asked of each and one of us. Could you not watch one hour with Him? In the Adoration Chapel, Jesus waits: Patiently, expectantly, to shower on those who come to give Him homage, the graces, the mercy the forgiveness and the help to live our lives in union with God's Holy Will. Please stop by and visit the Lord in the Real Presence of Him in the Eucharist.
He calls to each of us and asks: "Could you watch with me for one hour?'
Our Perpetual Adoration Chapel is open 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to Midnight. Or stop by the Rectory to sign up for your commitment for this wonderful encounter with the Lord.

Why Perpetual Adoration?
Because Jesus loves you with an infinite love, you bring unlimited joy to His Sacred Heart when you spend an hour with Him in the Blessed Sacrament. In an apparition to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, Jesus spoke these moving words:
"I have a burning thirst to be honored by men in the Blessed Sacrament."
Jesus Gives Us His Graces
Jesus stays with us day and night in the Blessed Sacrament, calling out to each one of us:
Come to me all you who are weary and find life burdensome, and I will refresh you.
Jesus stays with us in mind, heart, and spirit by lavishing on us those graces that encourage us, console us, strengthen us, guide us, and inspire us to place all of our trust in His Sacred Heart.
Place your trust in Jesus and watch as the power of His Love casts out every fear, doubt, worry, and anxiety.
It Builds Community
Perpetual Adoration builds community because the Eucharist is the Sacrament of Unity. When one person unites himself with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, Jesus brings everyone closer together through the power of His Divine Love.
It Brings Peace
Pope John Paul II has said that the best, most effective, and surest way to bring everlasting peace on earth is through the power of Eucharistic Adoration. Only God has the power to redirect the course of history back to the path of peace, which He promised. The Eucharist brings peace to men's hearts, and men with peaceful hearts make a peaceful world.
Everyone Can Participate
Everyone can participate because everyone can find at least one hour each week to spend with Jesus. Whatever hour you choose will please the Lord, but He is especially pleased by the sacrifices of those who keep Him company in the middle of the night. And it is these sacrifices that make Perpetual Adoration a reality.
The Way to a Personal Relationship With Jesus
Perpetual Adoration helps us to become personally involved with Jesus Christ because it makes the Eucharist a centerpiece of our lives. By spending time with Jesus in the Eucharist, you can establish a truly personal relationship with Him.
The Holy Father Asks for It
Pope John Paul II, in his beautiful encyclical letter on the Eucharist, Dominicae Cenae, tells us:
"The encouragement and deepening of Eucharistic worship are the proofs of that authentic renewal which the Council set itself as an aim and of which they are the central points...The Church and the world have a great need of Eucharistic worship. Jesus waits for us in this Sacrament of Love. Let us be generous with our time in going to meet Him in adoration and in contemplation that is full of faith and ready to make reparation for the great faults and crimes of the world. May our adoration never cease."
This is what Perpetual Adoration really is:
Adoration that never ceases.
